The Iron City Showdown PGX Pinball Tournament!

When:  Saturday, October 5, 2024 

Pittsburgh Gaming Expo @ Monroeville Expo Center

209 Mall Plaza Blvd., Monroeville, PA 15146

Qualifying from 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Finals (Pro and Amateur) at 5:30 p.m.

$5.00 one-time entry fee plus $1.00 per game play ticket.

Unlimited best-game format (Herb).  Players may play on any game from the  8-game bank.

Each player's best score for each game is kept.  Each player's top 5 machines count towards ranking.

Players only record one score per game, and rankings are PAPA-style (100/90/85/84.....).

Finals for the top 7 players in a ladder format in PRO division.

All game-play fees are paid out in prizes as follows:

1st place: 40%, 2nd place 25%, 3rd/4th place 10% each, 5-7 place 5% each.

1st place also receives a Champion Plaque.

NEW THIS YEAR!!  Amateur Division finals!!!  

Top 8 "amateur" players (not ranked in the IFPA top 5,000) play off in a ladder format!

Amateur winners receive plaques!  This is a great intro to competitive pinball!  

Entry fees for the Pittsburgh Gaming Expo are required for tournament participation.
